Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground beef
5 slices of bread torn in small pieces
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
1 onion chopped
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 cup frozen mixed vegetable or a handful of each ex. corn, peas, carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with hands or I use the stand mixer on low. Form into a loaf, or flatten into a 13x9 pan. Cover top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour. I make a cheese version by leaving out the vegetables and pressing half the mixture into a flat pan, putting a layer of shredded cheese, then sealing with the rest of the meatloaf mixture and baking. Drain off grease before serving. Good with warm bread and a salad.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Johnny made up his own version of meatloaf when he was in home school. He would add whatever vegetables he could find in the cabinet or fridge...hence the name. Everyone loves it.
