2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. red pepper- optional
Pecan halves-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts. Chill. Roll out and cut into rounds or shape into logs and slice these into rounds. Can wrap each log in waxed paper and freeze until ready to use. Bake at 375º until light brown. May press a pecan half on top of each before bake.
