1 large onion, cut into rings

BATTER:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion about 1/4-Inch thick and separate into rings. Mix all ingredients to make a thick batter. Dip onion rings into batter and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
