1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 T. butter
1 c. coconut
10 T. brown sugar
4 T. butter, melted
4 T. canned milk (evaporated), scalded

Directions:
Directions:
Oven - 350º.

Beat egg, add sugar. Beat and add flour and baking powder. Add milk, scalded, and butter, melted. Beat well.
Pour into greased and floured pie pan. Bake until set.
When done, spread coconut on cake and place under broiler until browned.
