4-6 chicken breast, cooked & cubed or shredded
1 pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked & cooled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
10-12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1/2 for inside casserole & 1/2 for topping)

Directions:

Mix everything together and put in a Pyrex casserole or 9x13. Top with the cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
