8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. flavoring (I use wintergreen)
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
6-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
any food color desired

Directions:
Mash the cheese; add flavorings and coloring. (Can separate into balls and make different colors). Mix in the sugar. Knead with hands like pie dough. Roll into balls the size of marbles. Press into rubber molds dusted with granulated sugar. Unmold at once. Keeps a long time in covered container.

Easy and delicious. My mother used to make these for special parties and other special occasions. Great to make for wedding receptions or baby showers.
The wintergreen flavoring makes these so special!
