CAKE:

2- Sugar
1- 20 oz. can, crushed pineapple w/ juice
1- tsp. soda
1- tsp. vanilla
2- C. all purpose flour
1- C. pecans, chopped

Icing:

8- oz cream cheese
1- stick melted oleo
3/4-C. granulated sugar (not powdered)
1/2- C. chopped pecans

Cake:

Mix each ingredient by hand, and in the order listed.
Pour into an un-greased & un-floured 9x13 pan & bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 30 min.

Icing:

Mix cream cheese, oleo and sugar well, then add in pecans. Pour/spread over hot cake.
