4 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
1 C Brown Sugar
3 Tbs Cornstarch
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/2 C Water
1/4 C Minced Onion
1/4 c Cider Vinegar
1 - 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 - 8 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper ribs and place in a covered roaster with 1 cup water and bake at 325º for 2 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring till thickened. Pour drippings off of ribs. Pour sauce over ribs and return to oven for 45 minutes. Keep covered.
Serve with rice.

You can use this sauce for prawn or chicken as well.
