10 C Ground Zucchini
4 C Diced Onion
5 Tbs Salt
1 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbs Cornstarch
3 C Sugar
3 Diced Green Pepper
3 Diced Red Pepper
2 1/2 C Vinegar

Mix ground zucchini and onion together and let Stand overnight. Drain, wash, drain again. Cook all ingredients together slowly for about 30 minutes. Put in Pints and seal.
