1 tube of pop biscuits
Sugar/cinnamon mix
Powdered Sugar (Optional)

Directions:
Remove biscuits from the tube and separate. Cut into quarters. In a deep fryer at 325º F, place the quartered biscuits in the hot grease until golden brown, turning quickly to brown both sides. Remove from grease and dust or roll in the sugar/cinnamon mixture. You could also use powdered sugar if you wanted to. Great as a morning snack with coffee, or while you are waiting for supper to finish cooking.
