Four egg whites
Half cup fine sugar
Twelve to fourteen ounces of Paul Newman's milk chocolate ( melted)

Beat egg whites till stiff
Slowly add sugar
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Dollop with a tablespoon on parchment paper in the form of oval cookies
Preheat oven to 250
Cook until egg whites are stiff
Takes approximately twenty minutes to an hour
I turn off oven and leave for another hour
Let cool
Take melted chocolate which I melt in microwave,
Dip half of cookie in chocolate
Set on plate arrange in circle
Serve with milk , coffee or tea!

These cookies are very sweet, but I serve them at parties or just with a friend over for coffee.
They are pretty and festive
I have also left off the chocolate and served plain with ice cream
