1 pkg. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
2 eggs (unbeaten)
4 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup Wesson Oil
4-1/2 cups all purpose flour
melted butter to dip rolls in

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add other ingredients, adding flour last. Make a soft dough. Knead lightly. Set aside in a warm place, covered. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down and let rise a second time. Roll out on floured surface. Cut with cutter. Dip roll in melted butter and fold over. Let rise again for 30-35 minutes. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

The Smith House was built in 1884 in Dahlonega, Georgia. They are known for their family style dining and melt in your mouth huge rolls. Dahlonega, GA is where gold was first discovered in the United States.
