6 med potatoes, pared and diced
2 medium onions, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 quarts water
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
salt to taste
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup cream
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dill seed, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, onions and celery in water until tender. Remove vegetables and reserve broth. Blend vegetables and return to broth. Mix together pepper, salt, flour, butter and cream; then add to soup. Add parsley and dill. Reheat to serving temperature.
