1/2 lb (12) large fresh mushrooms
6 TBS salad oil
1 Cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse mushrooms and remove stems
Brush outside of cap with 4TBS oin
Sprinkle with salt
Chop stems and mix with crumbs, cheese salt onion italian seasoning & egg
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps
Dribble with oil
Cook for 30 minutes @ 350º
