1/4 c. butter
4 cloves minced garlic
2 T chopped fresh parsley
3-4 T olive oil
1 lb. mushrooms quartered
1 1/2 shrimp peeled and deveined
1 c. pinot grigio white wine
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. shredded asiago cheese
2 c. heavy cream
1 lb cooked linguine according to package

In food processor combine butter, garlic parsley blend until smooth. Heat oil in a large skillet and add mushrooms sauté. add shrimp and cook over high heat for 30 seconds stirring constantly. Reduce heat and slightly pour off excess oil. Add wine, lemon juice, cheeses, cream. Continue cooking for about a minute or until cram has slightly reduced. Add Butter combo. Reduce to low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce has a shiny appearance. Serve over your favorite hot pasta
