1 (6 oz.) pkg chocolate chips
2 T. butter
1 egg, beaten
3 C colored miniature marshmallows
1/2 C chopped nuts
flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler; add egg. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Cool. Then fold in marshmallows and nuts. Shape into log about the size of silver dollar. Roll log in coconut. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Slice and serve.
