2 tbsp butter
1 c icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp rum extract


1 c whipping cream (whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream and set aside
In mixer blend the butter and icing sugar, add the egg, vanilla and rum
Fold in the whipped cream.
Serve with Christmas Pudding, so good!
