2 Pkg Ramen noodles (broken up;set aside seasoning package)
1/4 c. margarine
4 oz. slice (or slivered) almonds
4 oz. sunflower seeds
1 leg head cabbage, sliced thin (I bought packaged slaw at store)
6 green onions, sliced

Dressing:
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar (I used 1/4 c. red wine & 1/4 c. cider vinegars)
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tb. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute dry noodles in margarine til just starting to brown. Add almonds & sunflower seeds. Remove from heat & cool.
Mix cabbage & onions.
Mix dressing ingredients til sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture 15 minutes before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle noodle mixture over top.

(Note from Laura- I like to use about 1 Tb toasted sesame oil in the dressing)
