Ingredients:  
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
12 to 14 large uncooked, peeled and deveined shrimps
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup white wine
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
4 to 5 tablespoons French Parmesan cheese, grated
pasta (tri-colour fusilli is good)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat sauté pan. Add oil and butter. Sauté shallot. Add garlic, shrimp - cook until pink. Remove shrimp.
2. Add whipping cream, white wine, salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley, Parmesan cheese.
3. Return shrimp to sauce.
4. Add pasta to sauce.
5. Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve immediately.
