Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb Italian sausage (I use hot)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your preference)
Italian bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
1 block of mozzarella cheese (cut into about 16 pieces, like 1/2 a cheese stick would be)
1 pkg egg roll wrappers
egg and water for wash

Directions:
Directions:
Brown your hamburger and sausage together, drain.
Mix the hamburger, sausage, spaghetti sauce, bread crumbs and
Parmesan cheese in the skillet until it's a firm texture ~ like you
could make a meatball out of it. Let cool.

Take the wonton wrappers and wet the edges....place a small amount of the meat mixture in the middle, put a slice of cheese in it, top with a little bit more of the meat mixture and roll, wonton style.

Dip into egg mixture, then into some bread crumbs and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Serve with whatever meat mixture is leftover and add more sauce
to make it runny.
