2 lemons
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon parsley
1 whole chicken 4 to 6 pounds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Squeeze the 2 lemon juices into a measuring cup. Add herbs.
2. Pour lemon mixture over the chicken then drain the juice back into a measuring cup. Pour into the cavity of the chicken.
3. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour uncovered or until the chicken is golden brown and done.
4. Best served with rice and veggies.

Additional Comments:
Warming the lemons in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes will produce more juice.
