5 medium potatoes mashed with a 1/4 cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon margarine
1 pound ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1 pouch Lipton’s onion soup mix
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes in boiling salt water.
2. Drain and mash with warm milk.
3. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and garlic.
4. Drain fat and add onion soup, frozen vegetables, milk, oregano, and pepper.
5. Let boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce liquid.
6. Place mixture in a greased casserole.
7. Spread mashed potatoes and grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
