1 small pork tenderloin
1 1/2 teaspoons miso
1 1/2 teaspoons soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg beaten
2/3 tablespoon oil
dash ajinomoto (MSG)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice pork into 1/3” cubes.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Marinate pork slices in this mixture for 1 hour.
4. BBQ on low heat until almost done and brown on both sides.
