3 cups azuki red beans
4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons mirin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak azuki beans over night.
2. Cook with boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain.
3. Put new water covering the beans and cook until tender.
4. Add sugar, oil, and mirin and simmer until cook like mash potatoes.
