Ingredients:  
1 pound steak, sliced thin (or sukiyaki meat)
2 tablespoons wine
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 pound green beans
1 to 2 teaspoons cornstarch
oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil beans. Set aside.
2. Fry meat in oil.
3. Add wine, soya sauce and oyster sauce.
4. If dry, add water.
5. Combine with beans
6. Thicken with cornstarch.
7. Heat and serve.

For variation try broccoli or snow peas instead of green beans.
