1 medium head green cabbage
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
water
sesame seed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Shred cabbage in 1/2” strips.
2. Mix salt, sugar, vinegar together and add enough water to make 8 ounces. Pour over cabbage and weigh it down for 2 days. Squeeze the mixture a few times during 2 days.
3. Drain and squeeze dry.
4. Serve cabbage garnished with toasted sesame seed.
