2 T extra-virgin olive oil
3 medium potatoes peeled and diced
1 medium sweet onions, chopped
4 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bay leaves, fresh or dried
1 pound kale, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15-ounce) can of chick peas not rinsed
1 can diced flavored tomatoes
1 pound chopped linguica
1 quart vegetable broth
1/4 c. Romano Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until tender add linguica and salt and pepper. Toss kale for a few minutes and transfer everything into a crockpot. Add beans, tomatoes, bay leaf, potatoes and 1/4 cup Romano cheese and broth. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until potatoes are tender
