1 c. sugar
1/2 c. b1 butter
2 eggs
1 15 oz can of puree pumpkin filling
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 T sour cream
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. chopped walnuts
cream cheese mixture
8 oz of softened cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 T flour
Sugar topping
1 T. sugar
1/2 T cinnamon
1/2 T nutmeg
2 T crushed walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
mix 1 cup sugar, butter and 2 eggs add pumpkin, salt and soda, sour cream and flour. Mix well add walnuts. pour into loaf pan. Combine cream cheese mixture ingredients and spread over pumpkin loaf. Mix sugar topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the top and bake for 1 hour at 350
