4 Large baking potatoes
2 T olive oil
5 c. broccoli florets
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 c. shredded asiago cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
wash potatoes pat dry and make a slice down the middle of the potatoes and bake for an hour or until tender. Steam florets until tender in boiling water and drain. In a skillet over low heat 1 T oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic cook a few more minutes and remove from heat. Let potatoes cool and scoop out pulp. Mash potato and mix with remaining ingredients. Fill potato shells with mixture and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
