2 filet mignon 1 inch thickness
sea salt and ground pepper to taste
Pepperidge farm frozen dough 2 sheets
1 egg beaten
1 T. 1/2 and 1.2

Sauce
4 T. butter
3 T green onion
1/2 lb of chopped fresh mushrooms
2 T flour
1/2 tsp. of fresh lemon juice
1 C. cream

Directions:
Directions:
season steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet melt butter and add onions and mushrooms for about 4 minutes add flour and lemon juice and cream and stir until thickened. set aside. spread out pastry sheets and put steak in the middle of pastry. Top with mushroom sauce and wrap filets in puff pastry and put the pate side down so the seams are on the bottom of each wrapped filet. seal the edges with the egg mixture and brush egg mixture all over pastry. Baked wrapped filets on a cookie sheet .at 375 for 20 minutes
