3 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflower chopped into florets
1/2 of a chopped yellow and orange pepper
1 c. Greek plain yogurt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp. turmeric
sea salt and ground pepper to taste
1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar
3 oz. asiago cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 T melted butter

Directions:
In a large bowl combine yogurt, ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper. Place broccoli and cauliflower in bowl and coat evenly and cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours. In another bowl, add peppers, ricotta cheese, and sharp cheddar. Mix well and add to floret mixture. Spoon into 13 x 9 casserole dish and mix bread crumbs with asiago cheese and melted butter sprinkle mixture on top and bake for 15 minutes at 325
