1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c. grated Romano Cheese
1/2 C shredded asiago cheese
1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of day old garlic bread chopped finely
1 1/2 c. vegetable broth
1 cup of olive oil
1 small chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the beef, veal and pork in a large bowl. Add garlic, onions cheeses, parsley, basil, oregano salt and pepper. Add garlic bread into the meat mixture and slowly add broth. Mixture should be moist but firm. Shape into meatballs. Heat olive oil in large skillet and fry meatballs in batches. Cover and cook until brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels
