1/4 C. olive oil
4 cloves of chopped garlic
red hot pepper flakes to taste
3 lbs. of steamers

scrub clams and soak to remove any sand. In a large pan over medium heat add all ingredients and cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until all clams open. Any that don't discard. Scoop out clams put in serving dish and use broth to dip clams..
