1 1/2 ground beef
1 large sweet onion chopped
1 large green pepper chopped
banana pepper rings chopped about 6-8
1 sesame seed roll chopped finely
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 T oregano
1 T thyme
1 T parsley
1 T basil
salt and pepper to taste
15 oz. of spaghetti sauce (see my recipe)
1 plum tomato chopped
1/4 C Romano Cheese
3 to 4 medium zucchinis
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add all ingredients reserving 8 ounces of spaghetti sauce.
Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the pulp. Fill with the meat mixture and place in 2 13 x 9 inch baking dishes. Cover with remaining sauce and bake at 375 for 45 minutes until tender. Add Mozzarella cheese and cook until golden brown.

I use the zucchini pulp and sauté' it in garlic and a tsp. butter for about 3-5 minutes and you have another side dish
