1 tsp of garlic olive oil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. of medium shrimp peeled and deveined
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup of pinot grigio and a glass for the cook
3 cups of diced flavored tomatoes
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
8 oz of linguine cooked
minced fresh parsley

Directions:

preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add oregano, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes, shrimp and garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and put in a 11x7 inch baking dish. Meanwhile add the wine and tomatoes to the skillet for 4 minutes or until reduced. Pour over the shrimp mixture and add the feta. Bake for 10 minutes and serve over linguine and top with fresh parsley
