3 small mushrooms
1/4 c celery
1/4 c onion
2 T butter
1 tsp lemon juice
parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
3 oz of crabmeat
1 c crushed Ritz crackers
1 Lb of cod or your favorite fish
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
finely chop mushrooms, celery and onion. heat butter in a sauté pan and sauté the ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients except for crab and crackers and cook over medium heat until tender. Fold in crabmeat and crackers and mix thoroughly. Place a heaping of stuffing in the middle of each piece of cod. Roll and place in a greased baking dish seam side down. Sprinkle with paprika on top and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes
