1 cup dry yellow mustard (like Colemans)
1 cup of vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Soak mustard overnight in vinegar. In top of double boiler, beat 1 cup of sugar with 2 eggs. Add the mustard/vinegar mixture and cook until thick-about 20 minutes-stirring occasionally.
