Stuffed Peppers Recipe

4 peppers red, yellow, green and orange
olive oil
1 lb of ground turkey
2 stalks of celery chopped finely
1 tbl of minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 tbl of fresh oregano
1 tbl of fresh parsley
1 tbl of Worcestershire sauce
2 cans of 8 oz of chopped flavored tomatoes (hunts is good)
1 can of flavored tomato sauce
3/4 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup Romano cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash peppers and cut off the tops and remove seeds. Place in a greased glass dish and cover and microwave for about 5 minutes. Saute the veggies and ground turkey in a coated pan with olive oil. add tomatoes, sauce, Romano cheese and seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes until some of the liquid evaporates. Cool a bit and then stuff the peppers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
