2 (8 0z) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
5-1/2 c cold milk
4 pkg (4 serving size) Jell-O French Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 Pint Heavy Whip Cream
Sugar or Splenda to taste
Almond Extract to taste
Nilla Wafers
Strong coffee, cooled & Kahlua (Equal parts. Enough to pour 3-4 T of the mixture on each of the layers - but not on top)
Giradelli Semi-sweet baking bar chocolate, coarsely grated
1 C fresh raspberries (or other fresh fruit as desired)

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. (It will take time to get out all the lumps)
Gradually beat in milk.
Add dry pudding mixes; mix well.
Stir in 2 cups of whipped topping (or so, leaving a bit to decorate top)
To make whipped topping, beat cream with electric mixer
adding sweetener and almond extract, to taste

Line bottom and sides of large bowl with wafers; drizzle with about 3-4 Tbls of coffee/Khalua mixture.
Layer 1/3 of pudding mixture over wafers, and then top with 1/3 of the grated chocolate.
Repeat all layers starting with wafers & coffee mixture.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with raspberries
