2 # Cabbage ,cored and quartered.
6 Slices Bacon
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Tarragon
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 Cups Apple Cider

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1" Water in 5 qt. Dutch Oven , bring to boil over medium-high heat, add cabbage, cover and simmer for 10 mins.-drain coarsely chop cabbage.
Saute bacon, 7 mins. or until lightly brown, drain, make layer in bottom of pan top with chopped cabbage, sprinkle with salt, tarragon, pepper. Pour Apple Vinegar over top, cover and bake @ 375 degrees until cabbage is tender.
