1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, uncooked, thawed and well drained.
1 pkg. Knorr (imported Swiss) vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts - chopped
3 green onions - chopped
8 shakes hot sauce (to taste)

Mix and let set for 24 hours or so.
Serve in hollowed-out round loaf Rye bread. (Heide)
Suggestion: purchase 1 unsliced round loaf, slice off top leaving bowl shape. Cut out as many manageable cubes or slices. Scoop out excess.
OR: purchase 1 sliced round loaf and cut in slices to add to bread basket from other loaf. Put mix in empty Rye loaf, serve with knife.
Can cut and freeze bread until ready to use,

I know I make mine a bit different each time - never could measure and/or stick to a recipe too long. Enjoy! Andy didn't like the water chestnuts, so I left them out and used cottage cheese - go figure.djp
