Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs. small cherry or strawberry jello (or one of each)
1 1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 lb.of washed cranberries ( I use about 2 pkgs. minus the unripe white or mushy ones)
1 lemon ground (remove seeds)
1 can crushed pinapple
2 whole oranges ground
3 stalks celery washed and chopped
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water then stir in the juice from the crushed pinapple, the juice from the lemon, and the juice from the oranges.Stir and set aside in refrigerator. Meanwhile sort and wash cranberries in strainer. Then chop them in food processor.Add to large bowl. Next chop the squeezed lemon (remove seeds) , rind and all in food processor. Add to the large bowl. Do the same with the oranges, rind and all. Chop celery and nuts and add to bowl.Next stir in the chilling jello mixture. It will be very juicy but will firm up nicely as it chills. Store in refrigerator. You can use this as a mold, but I just serve it in a bowl. Makes a huge amount but I always give some to Grandma P. at Thanksgving and save a small tub in the freezer for Christmas dinner.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very old recipe from my Grandma. When I was a girl there were no food processors. Mom would attatch a grinder to the table and grind all the ingredients for this. She would line the floor with newspaper to catch the juice. This has been on the table next to the turkey for as long as I can remember!
