Margarine
Bread or Cracker Crumbs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put margarine to melt in a shallow glass baking dish. Wash scallops and dry them. Put bread or cracker crumbs into a pie plate. First roll dried scallops in melted margarine, then roll in crumbs, then place back in shallow baking dish in which margarine was melted. Continue until all scallops are prepared. Place scallops separately so they will bake quickly.

Salt and pepper tops of scallops. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
