lemon cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1 C. plus 2 tbsp. water
3 oz. package lemon jello
2 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
small can frozen pink lemonade (concentrate)
Cool Whip or additional powdered sugar for top of cake

Directions:
To lemon cake mix add 1 C. plus 2 tbsp. water, oil, jello and eggs. Mix together for 4 min. Bake at 350º for 30 min. Let cool for 3 min. then poke holes in cake. Mix pink lemonade concentrate with 2 c. powdered sugar. Pour over the top of cake. After cake cools frost with Cool Whip or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
