2 heads broccoli
1-2 heads cauliflower
2-3 green onions
1/3 c. sunflower seeds
Several strips bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1/4 c. sugar
1 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop the broccoli, cauliflower, and green onions, place into a large bowl. Add sunflower seeds, cheese and 1/2 the bacon. Mix well.

Dressing:
Whisk together all ingredients. Pour over the veggie mixture. Stir to combine. Top with rest of the bacon. Refrigerate.

Best if refrigerated overnight before serving.
Add the dressing a little at a time so you don't get too much and make it soggy. It should evenly coat the veggies and that's all you need.
