Ingredients:
1 box Vanilla Wafers (or graham crackers)
4 TBL. Sugar
6 TBL. Butter

1 Cube Softened Butter
2 Eggs
3 c. Powdered Sugar

6-12 Peaches
1 pt. Whip Cream
Powdered Sugar, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend about 1 box of vanilla wafers in the blender. (Graham Crackers work as well)

CRUST: 2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
4 TBL. sugar
6 TBL. melted butter
Blend together and spread into a 9x13 pan, making a crust. Set aside.

FILLING:
Mix together 1 cube softened butter
2 beaten eggs (beat in separate bowl, then add)
3 c. powdered sugar

Mix together until creamy, with a hand mixer. Carefully pour over the wafer crust. Spread with a knife very softly so you don't mix the crumbs into the filling.

Refridgerate this, while you are cutting your peaches.

PEACHES: Peel and slice 6-12 peaches. Put 2 layers of peaches on top of filling, or lay them very close together. (I lay the peaches on paper towels first to reduce the amount of juice on the filling.)

TOPPING: Whip 1 pt. of whip cream and spread on top of peaches. Cover with aluminum foil.

CHILL for at least 5 hours in refrigerator....ENJOY!!!
