2 ripe mangos, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
2 Anaheim peppers, chopped
1/2 large Spanish onion, chopped
1 T. minced garlic
3/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Before dicing the tomato, cut into quarters and wash out the slimy seeds.

Before chopping the habanero, put on some latex gloves (they will burn your hands). Be very careful not to rub your eyes!

Mix all of the ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste.

For best results, cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
