4 - 5 lbs. pork ribs cut into 2 rib portions

1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade or orange juice
1/4 brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 tsp. onion powder or salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chili pepper flakes and/or dash of hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Par boil ribs for I hour

Combine all other ingredients and whisk to blend together to make the marinade/sauce.
Marinate the ribs in the fridge for three hours in large zip lock bag(s).
Grill the ribs on the bbq, occasionally basting with the remaining marinade.
