1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
12 large marshmallows or about 50 small
Devil's Food Cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, mix brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in water until well blended.

Snip 12 marshmallows into quarters and scatter over mixture.

Spoon cake batter over mixture and top with nuts. Bake at 350º for 45-50 min.
