2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can pie mix
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. salad oil or soft shortening
1 c. raisins soaked in hot water, drained

Bake about 50 minutes at 350º. May be served with ice cream, whipped cream, or frosting.
